Q: Okay. So, bakit nga ba ako magjojoin?
A: Why join?
Achievements:
- One of the first organizations in MAPUA! (Founded Sept. 23, 1981. 26 years and still going strong!) - One of the first accredited organizations in MAPUA. (1981) - CHAMPION, EE-ECE-COE inter-org BASKETBALL (2nd term, S.Y.'07-'08) - One of the top accredited organizations in MAPUA! (now ranked #2) - An organization that was founded by true friendship and strengthened as a family!
Benefits:
- Academic assistance
- Mini library - Seminars - Connect with fellow MAPUANS and alumni of the FAMILY! - Participate on activities that promote team-building, camaraderie, and leadership (just the thing for those rigorous
group works!)
- Join sports-related events (Fun run, Sports fest, etc.!)
- Hobbies (Chess, Game of the Generals, Computers, etc.)
- Able to access EIR website (shoutbox, forum, job posting and etc)
- Members of higher year can give guidance on academics, especially on major subjects! (Prototypes, etc) - Successful alumni here and abroad give members a chance for better job opportunities!

- EE-ECE-CoE Student - Accepting batch 2007 and prior Q: Gaano katagal ang application?
A: The application lasts two terms.
Q: Libre?
A: Yes. We would not solicit money from the applicants for the organization's gain.
Q: Baka naman magmukha akong tanga!
A: NO. We value our applicants that we wouldn't even have them lift a finger! A
member cannot, in any form, publicly humiliate anyone applying for an open R.
Q: Ano ung R?
A: R's are considered as our batches. R is short for EIR. It started from R0 (the founders), R1, R2, ... ,
R60, R61, etc.
Q: Hindi ba mahirap ang application????
A: NO. It depends on the applicant. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!"
Philippians 4:13.
Q: AS? Ano yung AS?
A: AS stands for ACADEMIC SOCIETY. We prioritize our academics and push our members to do well in
them. "Academic qualifications are important and so is financial education. They're both important
and schools are forgetting one of them.”
Q: FRAT daw kayo eh!
A: Again, EIR is an ACADEMIC SOCIETY. This accusation was never proven and we wouldn't last 26 years in
the campus if this was true
Q: Eh ano naman ang special sa organization nyo?
A: I'm glad you asked. Some organizations claim that their members have great bonds and have their
nanays and tatays. But in EIR-AS, you'll have a father, mother, brothers and sisters, uncle, lolo, lola.

A: Oo naman.
